Giulia Bonavero
our Founder and Head Teacher, brings a wealth of international experience from nurseries and youth programs across London, Italy, and France. A certified Montessori teacher, she leads with warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of diverse educational approaches.
Her background in art, yoga, and early childhood education shapes the unique atmosphere of Bodhi Tree. Giulia believes in nurturing each child’s individuality and fostering a calm, respectful environment where curiosity and independence can thrive. Her hands-on, child-led approach ensures every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn naturally and joyfully.
Avital Mediony
General Manager and devoted mother, is the heart behind our operations. She oversees the nursery’s marketing, client care, and food philosophy—ensuring every detail reflects the values we hold dear.
With a background in law and entrepreneurship, Avital brings both structure and creativity to Bodhi Tree. Her passion for real, wholesome food influences our nutrition program, while her hands-on involvement ensures families feel supported and connected. Having experienced the nursery as a parent, her commitment is both professional and deeply personal, guiding her daily work with empathy and insight.
Our Team
Our team of up to four dedicated teachers ensures a high adult-to-child ratio, fostering hands-on engagement and attentive care. Each member is chosen not only for their professionalism but also for their passion, warmth, and ability to bring something unique to the nursery. Continuous training keeps our staff inspired with new methods, games, and creative ways to connect with each child.

What We’re Looking For
Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment
Support the development and well-being of key children
Deliver creative, reflective, and meaningful educational experiences
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Montessori preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Passion for health-conscious living – vegetarian or vegan lifestyle preferred
Familiarity with Montessori or other child-led educational philosophies
