​At Bodhi Tree Nursery, we aim to make the enrolment process simple and supportive for all families.

Step 1: Join the Waiting List
Families can secure a place on our waiting list by submitting an enquiry form via our website and paying a waiting list fee. Once we receive your details, a member of our team will get in touch to discuss your childcare needs and schedule a viewing.

Step 2: Schedule a Viewing
Viewings are generally arranged during our termly Open Days, which allow families to experience our setting in action. If a place is needed more urgently, we will do our best to accommodate an individual viewing outside these times.

Step 3: Receive Enrolment Pack
After your visit, we will send you our full enrolment pack. This includes a registration form, our terms and conditions, and key information about our setting. If a space is available, a placement offer will be made.

Step 4: Confirm Your Child’s Place
To accept the offer and secure your child’s space, please return the completed registration form and pay the deposit. The waiting list holding fee will be deducted from the registration fee at this point. Once both the registration and payment of the deposit are completed, your child’s place will be confirmed.

Step 5: Getting Ready to Start
As your child’s start date approaches, we will contact you to guide you through the next steps and prepare for your child’s first days at nursery. Some families choose a gradual transition period starting up to two months in advance to help ease the adjustment.
